TOGA PARTY IN TWO WEEKS!

Yes, I know I'm almost thirty but I plan to be young forever! B)

Anyone have any ideas what I can do for my leaves? (Aside from picking them in the garden?)

I might post pics, I have the rest, there is a lot of gold, very goddess-like. I've needed to get this out of my system. It is even on my bucket list.

Like a laurel wreath crown thing.

I guess I should attend that job fair in downtown next week, even though I have a feeling no one will want to hire me.

Two week road trip with my husband in September. Algonquin Park for a week of camping/fishing/drinking, then cruising New Brunswick, my favorite Canadian province. I love you BC but you are just too far away.

Its bittersweet, but moving to Texas as of May 23rd, sayin goodbye to New York after nearly 6 years here. On to the next phase....

where are you in TX? I know you have family down in Corpus area.
welcome back.

I've been juggling like a mad fiend. I have 2 big exhibitions in LA this fall, and trying to get all sorts of things squared away.

But before that I am looking fwd to a big birthday celebration in a few weeks, me and 7 cronies will be celebrating me 'unveiling version 4.0' in Vegas. I still can't believe I am gonna be freaking 40.

I'll be doing my own 40th in another two years. Ick... time flies. But this is the better half of life anyway! Birthday is this friday and a special someone arrives tonight in time to celebrate... too exciting.

I've been looking forward to today. Arrived at a dear friend's house in Mattituck (north fork of Long Island). I'm sitting on a beautiful wrap around porch, surrounded by flowers, wicker & cool breezes...just minutes away from farm stands and vineyards. All I have to do for the next 5 days is breathe.

I have a vacation coming up in a few weeks. It is LONG overdue as I haven't traveled for fun in two years. I'm even looking forward to sitting around the airport. Can't wait! B)

What is the visit for, may I ask? Have a great time there!

I will look forward to de-cluttering the rooms and cleaning. :D The interior design organization tips from The Steven and Chris Show and Home with Lisa Quinn are motivators. Eh, I just need a larger house, but that shall wait if I ever get a good paying job.

Just paying a visit. One of my friend's cousins works in telecomm and can get us in. We'll probably just walk around the East Wing, hopefully not get arrested and hopefully get a sneak peek at Bo! :P

Hot damn we totally saw Bo! Twice! My friend even got a chance to pet him! He has his own handler/security guy who follows him around. B)

Life. After years of being in a debilitating coma, it's good to be alive again. It's amazing how happy one can be to see the light at the beginning of the tunnel again. :)
Remember, no matter how bad it is or no matter how much better you think it will never be, you may always find your way back home and be happy again.

I'll be a bridesmaid in a "friends" wedding next Saturday. It has been the longest planned wedding in the history of time (or at least, it feels that way), there has been more drama and expense than I'd like and we basically grew apart because of it. But I'll be so glad when its over. Sheesh. She turned into a genuine bridezilla.

Sounds ridiculous, but I'm looking forward to a cold, rainy day tomorrow. I am looking forward to a whole day spent in a warm house, with very little that needs doing. Oh, and risotto for dinner! It's the little things...

Have to agree Thengo, I remember reading in another thread that you are a fan of the BBC version of Pride & Prejudice, if you get a chance add a dvd to your day too ~ Jane Eyre with Michael Fassbender the BBC are behind this one too and its great to curl up to with food. Enjoy your day :P
