Hi Guys,
The Frisbee and inflatable ball belonged to me and a group of mates that went! :D It came back to us!!!! and the ball made it onto the stage, ours was the blue one and had all our names on it. We were also the owners of the large inflatable crocodile going by the name of 'hugo' that was being chucked around during coldplay. :) Oh, and also the orange 'shoot' football... bringing all that stuff in it looked like we were going to the beach <_<

Haha, that's even more awesome. If I were you, i'd wrap it up in plastic and keep their germs. I'll have if if you don't want to. : P
The set was ultimately a full set bar the encore, rearranged.
Fanwise, there were also a few people who came early dressed in Interpol t-shirts or shirt and tie, which would suggest there were quite a few people who were generally more aware, but it seemed rather obvious that much of the crowd were those interested upon the leanings of pop music by definition. There was an overwhelming younger proportion.

Come on, supergrass... could be worse. Pumping on your stereo and all that.
But I agree, they're no interpol.
Did anyone else see morning runner laughing at people as we all tried in vain to leave the stadium in the pooring rain? They were sitting in the stands looking smug as everyone left.
Joke's on them... no-one recognised them. :)

I'm kinda new to the whole posting thing but I just want to say that interpol were sooo gd on tue night at crystal palace. i was like in the middle about 3 rows from the front and had a rly gd view. i thought that interpol were so gd live and im def gonna try and see them again the next time they come somewhere near and i have money!!!! I thought it was rly fitting the way it started raining in NYC - the rain definitely added atmosphere to the song. The Best song was probably evil but then - maybe i'm jst a little biased.

Hey there,
I'm new. Anyway, I saw Interpol supporting Coldplay in Dublin and they were fantastic! Unfortunately our bus was a little slow in getting to Marlay Park so we missed Next Exit. I took some photographs if you would like to look at them, some of them are a bit blurry I'm afraid.
But if you'd like to check them out then you can at the link below. :)

I enjoyed the set so much, it was fantastic! It was definitely worth waiting all those hours to be right at the front! I didn't really hear anyone commenting on Interpol, apart from a gent who was standing behind me saying "they weren't as bad as he thought they'd be"... hmmm.
Nice pics, willyam!

a gig to remember certainly first getting sunburt whilst lining up for the show, then the mad run into the concrete venue, then the RAIN.
less i not forget the wonderful coldplay fans who were standing next to me on the barrier [dans side] who were completely drunk, first one of the men decided to have a wee in full view of everyone then the lady decided she couldn't hold it in any longer and went for a wee up against the barrier TWICE. classy people. the rain was worse at the front because we were getting the run off from the roof too. the THINGS we do for interpol! B)
then interpol!!! the stage was soo high and they were standing pretty far back so i could only really see dan and paul, sam was totally hidden behind the lighting rig.
heres some pictures [and yes i know they all look the same :P]
clicky
dunno how coldplay were because i left, as did a few other people i saw at the train station. and persons above. do not diss the mighty supergrass!
