From Facebook:

TOTBL Anniversary Edition NYC Release Event

We’ll be celebrating the release of the 10th Anniversary Edition of Turn on The Bright Lights with a special event at the IFC Center in NYC on Monday, December 3rd at 7PM. Please see the flyer for further information on the event.

A big-screen event featuring rare footage of early Interpol performances and videos, followed by a roundtable discussion of TOTBL featuring Sam Fogarino and Daniel Kessler (Interpol), Ryan Schreiber (Pitchfork founder), Josh Madell (Other Music co-owner), and moderated by the NYU prof Amanda Petrusich.

It looks like the re-issue will be available for purchase at the event.

Tickets and more details here:
https://www.movietic...e=12%2F3%2F2012

Regular priced adult tickets are $13.50.

Seems pretty cool.

And Paul will be on the other side of the country performing. So both coasts are covered that night. Er, Team Banks for me?

After listening to the remastered PDA and Specialist on Spotify, I'm just glad it doesn't seem like they made the recordings any louder.

Honestly, I didn't notice any differences.

Spotify has pretty crappy audio quality, though.
