I've never heard them do the songs they only did in the very early days (Song Seven, Precipitate) or Safe Without, which they only started playing on the later dates of the last tour. Oh, and the big gap for me is Obstacle 2. I just somehow missed it.

May I just say that I am very impressed with your memories. I have no idea what I have and haven't heard, other than my personal highlights (i.e. favorites): Hands Away, Specialist, The New, Lighthouse, Stella & Leif.

I think the way you all present these for scrutiny reveals alot. The 'as it happened' approach being favoured so far, compared to my somewhat autistic alphabetical.

Although tercat starts abit randomly then goes alphabetical revealing some inner wicked demons, possibly :-)

I started out just trying to remember off the top of my head, but quickly decided that would result in forgetting songs, so I shifted to the alphabet. That's not saying I lack inner demons, though. ;)

Setlist.fm is excellent for these things. Added a lot of sets from the last 10/12 years of Interpol there :)

Also, this used to be the standard place to go for setlists: Interpol Concert Chronology. It's not as up to date as it once was, but it's got good info on earlier shows. Also, we have some of the best setlist info around for shows on the last two tours right here on the board.

That was my source for most of the early setlists indeed :) The great thing about setlist.fm are all of the statistics.

Note that the three bread and butter songs, the ones they played maybe every single time I saw them, are all from Antics--Slow Hands, Narc, and Not Even Jail. And I question whether they really didn't play "Evil" one time I saw them. I find that hard to believe. While TOTBL is their most revered record, I think Antics is the album that was "biggest" when it was released. It might be the one that got the most airplay. I think it gets kind of lost in the conversation sometimes.
