That's brilliant, thanks for that, LolaE! Hope they'll have the entire set on the website...

Lovely job.

Reading looks like it's had a months worth of rain in the last couple of days.
I'll be enjoying it from me living room but may consider peeing in me garden from time to time, to recreate the vibe, y'know.

   Was considering attending this having the 02 show this week knowing it would not be enough  however hearing the weather for the next few days pissing down with a side of more pissing down I am glad I decided not too and will be enjoying from the comfort of living room also ;)

I was too - kept looking at the prices but they never seemed to approach anywhere less than three figure quids.

(although one site is flogging friday tickets for £35! - might check it again tomorrow...)

I'm reading tweets. People are saying that they're watching Interpol in the rain. I also read that they're playing to a small audience. <_< Even ran across some tweets with the word "boring" about them. <_<

^^^ The leeds festival just tweeted:
The rain has stopped and everyone is outside going mental to a bit of @Interpol - COME ON #leedsfestival!

I suppose weirdly not every1 is a fan (fucking idiots) but I suppose Enter shikari playing should appease those with no musical taste

I remember that Kings Of Leon had the same problem with a bored audience in Leeds a couple of years ago, so I'm not surprised. Both bands are american, so maybe this has something to do with the boredom.

It seemed like many people prefer to see Panic! at the Disco, and they're American. I think they and Interpol played at about the same time.

My sentiments exactly :( I can't believe I'm missing Interpol AND Muse playing my favorite album of all time. Gah.

Setlist.fm says the setlist for Leeds was:
Success
SHTTA
Narc
Heinrich
Hands Away
Barricade
Evil
Lights
Mammoth
C'mere
Slow Hands
Obstacle 1

Somehow I landed a Reading day ticket from a hardcore Muse fan (spares), and as Mammoth is one of my favourite Interpol songs I'd love to see this show. Even if I'm still a little meh on Hands Away.

I saw them last night at Leeds, they were the best band all day hands down, in my opinion. Not everyone else seemed to think so though, I felt like I was the only person singing and dancing. :/ I wasn't too far from the front as well. I hated how some people in front of me just looked bored and uninterested, I could have been even closer.
Anyhow got some alright photos, one pretty great one of Daniel. Will upload them to Deviant Art tomorrow and link here.
Also that's the right setlist but I don't think it's in the right order exactly.

OK, so BBC3 will show Interpol's performance at Reading, but will it be possible to watch it online?
