Pretty gutted I'm missing the show tonight. Also missing The National's tomorrow. Had to give away my tickets.

The downside of working away from home.

I hope all attendees have a braw fucking time.

Warm Regards.

Damn what an awesome show that was tonight! Paul was on fire and Brad was immense, people have been saying he is quite static but tonight he was really into it dancing away and smiling at times so it was good to see him come out of his shell because he is a great bassist.

Have to agree with this completely show was amazing everything just clicked into place the crowd where great no beer throwing or acting like a total arrogant fuckwit  The guys where PHENOMENAL Paul chatty with the crowd Daniel dancing around the stage (seriously he ought to consider dancing with the stars or strictly come dancing )Sam was breathtaking to watch Glad they decided to shake up the setlist a little and play around with the order of the songs some of the regulars for this tour where missing Barricade and Untitled but getting Leif and Specialist was excellent :P

That was an amazing show! It was my first time seeing Leif live so very pleased they played that. Paul sang it really expressively and was just generally on top form. Everyone sounded great. Lights was kinda dream-like, the red strobe lights made them look like they were playing super fast but in slow motion at the same time, if that makes ANY sense. I danced to everything despite saying I wasn't going to dance... ah well. Everything Everything were very good too, I wasn't sure if I liked them or not from their YouTube videos but I enjoyed them much better live.

Daniel came out afterwards so got to meet him and get a photo, we waited outside for a while in case the other two came out. They didn't but someone brought out Sam's drum sticks to say thank you for waiting anyway  It was nice to meet and chat to other fans as well.

So altogether, great night... looking forward to Aberdeen tomorrow! :D

Nothing from Aberdeen yet?
C'mon, I'd have had the setlist, fashion news, whimsical anecdotes and a weather report in by now...

It should be a staple, like Angels and C'mere. But I'm beginning to think the guys themselves don't realize that many, many fans love OLTA. Oh well, I did my part, shoving that CD insert in their faces any chance I could last month.

Really would love to see more added from OLTA PTTF or No I in Three would be amazing although now its highly doubtful although pretty much every1 thought that The New would never make a return but it has so there is still hope :D

Just arrived home from Aberdeen, it was excellent too. Preferred Glasgow because they played Leif and specialist, but they were sounding great again. Aberdeen was a bit less full than Glasgow so there was more room to move. Even though there was less people the crowd still seemed quite lively, or at least the ones I could see were jumping about! Paul made a mistake on one of his his guitar parts in The New, I think he started playing it too fast and got lost but instead of stopping or playing bad notes he managed to turn it into something else made up on the spot, which I thought was pretty impressive. Daniel's feet! At Glasgow I was right in front of him so his speaker was in the way (Sam was also a floating head <_<) this time I could actually see the crazy dancing. Again no Sam or Paul after the show but Daniel and Brad came out, and one of the crew brought people's things into the dressing room so Paul could sign them. Both shows were fantastic, hopefully it'll be the same for anyone seeing them at the festivals.

It was indeed a fantastic set, Aberdeen crowd were their usual reserved selves I thought. Apart from a group near the front and to the right. Nice touch, throwing on ligth sticks after they played 'Turn on the bright lights'

No Specialist, for which I'm personally gutted about but hearing Mammoth and chemistry, made up for it .....well not quite.

Daniel seemed to be genuinely touched by the crowd's reaction. I was at his feet...nearly, dodging the drunk bloke with beer in both hands :(

If they ever decide to head back to Scotland, I'd make sure to see ALL the gig's. They are awesome live, better than I could hope for, which is always nice!

Still smiling at the fact, I've watched Interpol live ...

Daniel and Brad are such troopers for meeting people after the show. I read the Interpol facebook where one guy posted that he got to meet Paul before the show when he was in town in Aberdeen. I also read that the Aberdeen venue was really nice.

It's a good high and coming down from it is not to be rushed. Enjoy it. I miss mine. It feels like forever ago already.
