I purchased tickets to the Atx show in April online thru the InterpolNYC site on Jan 18 and still haven't recieved tickets. Was wondering if anyone else was having problems with their order. :(

Maybe they don't send them out until closer to the show date? Fingers crossed for you!

I was concerned as well so I sent them an e-mail. They told me that the tickets should be mailed out on or around Feb. 11th and if they do not arrive by Mar. 1st to contact them.

My tickets are for the Apr. 14th show in Sacramento, CA so I am not sure if they are doing different mailing dates depending on the date of the show.

I'm also experiencing the same situation and was going to post a thread about this, only to find that other fans are going through it as well. I purchased presale ticks for the April 14th show in Sacramento, CA through interpolnyc.com on the 18th of Jan.

I emailed topspin and Miranda Degnan of Topspin replied back with the same information that Geoffrey Herbert stated.

Here is my reply email from Topspin:
Your tickets will ship out at the end of the month. Your receipt will update and indicate an actual tracking number when the tickets are dispatched. If your tickets do not arrive two days before the show, please contact me and I will add you to the Will Call list.

There are a limited # of tickets available during this presale, and seating will be assigned based on the order in which they were purchased.

Oh and to Geoffrey, I have never been to Crest Theater before and I was wondering, to my understanding, its a very nice, small intimate venue with seats all around as the majority. I have called the venue and they said that it is a first come, first serve (General Admission) style for the seats. Miranda the Topspin rep, keeps saying that tickets/seats are assigned based on the order in which they were purchased. Also, there's a little tiny floor, are we allowed on there? Do you have any experience with Crest Theater?

I am a little confused about the seating assignments myself. It is in my hopes that they assign seating since I bought tickets minutes after the pre-sale started but for all the other shows I have attended at the Crest it has been GA only. My best advice would be to get there early to guarantee a good spot in case the seating assignment information was bogus.

The venue is VERY INTIMATE so be prepared to have an awesome time! In all the years I have lived in Sacramento I have seen some great bands play the Crest including Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Dinosaur Jr., Digable Planets and many, many others.

Now its the second week of May, almost a month out and I have never waited this long for tickets especially presale ticks.

Heh, you sold yours on eBay, no?! Though to be fair, you didn't make an enormous profit. I would have bought it, though. Am kicking myself for not bidding. Especially since the ones that are left are going for more than I can afford.

Great news on a sad day. I just received my conformation email about the tickets being shipped. Lets just hope it arrives safely in the mail. Hope everyone gets theirs soon. Here is the email:

I received my tickets to the Crest Theater show on Monday. They were mailed last Friday so if you haven't received them yet, you should get them in the next couple of days.
