Is it possible that they are going to announce more dates but doing a few at a time, the dates that have been announced today some as for supporting U2 are they not? or at least 1 is I think. Maybe they are being cautious this time in announcing a full schedule once bitten twice shy

I was planning on it, because I was really weary about any So Cal dates being added. Then they added all of them so I didn't end up going to Voodoo. I really wish I did though!

If (when!) they come back to Boston, I'm kinda hoping they don't play the Orpheum. It's just a crappy venue, sad to say. HOB again would be fine. Royale is supposed to be nice, but might be too small.

I'm really hoping they hit Boston again, especially since I missed them last time. But anywhere but the Royale, it's a horrible venue. Aesthetically it's nice, but the sound quality is horrid. If you're anywhere near the stage you won't be able to hear any vocals. Whoever they have doing the mix should be fired; it seems like every band I've seen there have complained about the sound. It's a night club that takes concerts as a secondary kidn of thing. In an ideal world, Interpol would do a three night stand at the Paradise! But I'd be fine with the Orpheum or Wilbur theaters, which is more realistic I suppose.

I haven't been to Royale. The last time I was over there was when it was still the Roxy. The Paradise would be amazing, but it ain't gonna happen--alas!

It would be awesome if they made up their date at Lupo's, too. :wub:

Again, still unconfirmed but according to a tweet they are playing The Roseland Theater in Portland OR - January 29th.

So maybe there is more on the way?
