It is my opinion that because we're in a slump due to the band being in studio, we loosen the overall "guidelines" to a certain level. Not mass mayhem - anything goes- but just let's all relax a little bit, no need to be over the top with restrictions when this is a down time anyway.
I would like to see VD come back, and I know there will always be a split, people who want someone around and others that don't, but I gave up long ago pleasing everyone. So, until this place is active and the band is touring again, there's a little room for letting some things just slide. It's just a message board... and you don't have to agree with me.

We switch roles every week or so. I am wearing the pants for now, but he makes me pay for it later.
I still find it amusing that rgon got banned for absolutely nothing this time. He literally did nothing to deserve any ban. I think the admins hate messicans.

No, we think its a fake account of Nicolas, a member who was permanently banned almost 2 years ago. The IP isn't the same, but it resolves to the same host. So chances are that its a double account. That was one of the few reasons why we banned him.
The main reason was because he kept defying us, breaking rules, not answering to our PMs and our requests, being rude to every member who disagreed with him etc.We sent him a few warnings. No reaction hence a temporary ban with the hope that if he gets back his attitude will be a bit more mature
