Not sure if this has already been posted but having noticed the whole visual/audio thing about the OLTA tour on the homepage, I linked to Daniel Ryan's homepage and found a video with Carlos D acting over music by Sigur Ros

As for his acting, it's not bad, though I think a lot of what he's asked to do is sort of pretty close to home for him. Looks like fun.

BTW Leif, brilliant sluething indeed! I've been googling for information on that Ryan/Carlos film since last summer. Perhaps this is a sign that the film may be released soon?

It is updated. I looked at Daniel Ryan's site in June and this footage was not included on his website. For anyone interested, if you take a look at Daniel Ryan's MySpace page, Daniel Ryan included some photos of CD taken last summer for the film on his photos page.

i've been in touch with daniel as he used some of my photos for the site but i still got no word from him as to when the movie is gonna come out.

on topic, is 'acting skills' in the scene with the old man, are extremely weak, if you ask me

but the insane hotness makes up for it.

i screencapped it from the video a while ago, i think he put the video up like a month ago maybe? i saw it when he put my photos on the site, so it must've been around that time

alright so i watched it, but did i see the same video as everyone else? there wasn't really any acting for carlos to do, it was just little blurbs of him then a bunch of images from golgotha. i'm confused :(
and does anyone know who the music is?

anyway, carlos was good for it. i like him.

I don't completely agree there, though you have a point and Ter' too. Well let's say I partly agree.

But, (and can we really judge with the 3 seconds of Carlos we have here?), I find him different, more subtle, a bit fragile and melancholic. Far from the 'overacting' Carlos we know on promo pic's or on stage.

PS: Music's by Sigur Ròs (not a good choice for me but... you can't always get what you want...)

hmm I have to agree with everyone else, it looks more like Carlos "being" then Carlos "acting".

I might sound bias I know, but I dont see any potential in him as an actor. He doesnt seem the type to display versatility, there seems to be a part of him, judging from his mannerisms, that seems kinda pompous/haughty that he cant seem to get rid of.
