Also saw the Tears in Sheffield, basically just to see Bernard Butler and Brett Anderson together. It was worth it, I was on the front row and the two of them sat on the edge of the stage to play Living Dead. One of my all time favourite gigging moments.
you don't know how much I envy you for seeing them on their farewell tour!!
I've never liked the Tears. they only did a couple of good tracks, but I got tired of them after just a few listens
I wasn't a big fan of Brett Anderson solo album either, but he is such a great performer that made me enjoy them all new songs live. he re-arranged them all in a slightly faster version
