Please read these basic rules before posting. It is for everyone's benefit to keep the board running efficiently.

Aside from the normal rules, ie. searching a topic before posting, refraining from making nonsensical or pointless posts etc. (Please see the board guidelines and pinned posts for reference), there are several things which need to be noted. Any direct violation of these rules can lead discipline from thread deletion to banning with persitance, so please heed warning.

Please avoid asking, demanding pleas for Interpol to come to your area. The band or management will not note this from posting on the board, please be more constructive and use other ways of campaigning - petitions, writing to those with authority, etc.

Many of us don't have the opportunity to see Interpol, so roadtrip it! Plane, coach, bus, car, bike! Either way, asking for Interpol to come to your city will not work.

In addition, asking when Interpol are going to come to your city/town/country is without cause too- dates will be posted as soon as they are published and speculation based on nothing is not required. Nor is this forum just an excuse to make threads about one country and hailing it's existence (yes, It has been done before!)

Please also refrain from making posts in other languages. We do not have the current capabilities to run efficiently with moderation and such in other languages, so we feel it is fair to enable an even slate to moderate posts with.

Please check www.interpolnyc.com or myspace.com/interpol for updates on live dates. Many of the posters here are on the ball and such a great community allows for great relations and constant updates on any of Interpol's movements, so please check before posting.

Again, please search before posting as it is much more efficient to have one thread per date. It would be helpful that when you do post a new thread in regards to a date, the title includes the date and venue and location.

To post regarding buying or selling tickets, please post in the ticket forum. There are also other methods of attaining a ticket- craigslist, ebay, competitions. However, the board accepts no liability or responsibility for users or outside websites.
