It depends on the website you're ripping it from really, different sites use different formats, for example youtube uses .flv while others might use sraight .wmv files. It's probably easiest to search for it on the internet, you usually get some useful links.

I'm pretty sure that was the only clip they showed on tv. There was another interview clip of Carlos talking, but I don't think anyone manged to tape it. They should of showed the hole show! It looks really good :(

I don't have a Dime account but I got this from another kind soul so I thought I'd pass it along.
It's split into five zip files, which you will need to combine using a program like HJSplit. You have to have all five parts before you do this. Also, I personally don't care about lossless format, but the trader has asked that they only be distributed as such.

You could probably split the files into parts using rar and upload it in small parts. Or if all else fails, you can just upload the Scale!
