Forbidden Love EP

You Can Play These Songs With Chords

Don't ask me my opinion on any of these since I have never gotten around to listening to any of them. A friend that I made through this board once made me a dozen cds with these on them, including Tindersticks, Bluebottle Kiss, Ben Gibbard, and some others. Still haven't gotten around to listening to any of them.

Hyæna
That's all the Banshees I got. Find someone to send you Once/Twice Upon A Time: The Singles. That's all you really need anyway. They are not an albums band. They'd be the best band if she only did singles and disregarded the rest. "Cascade" and "Dazzle" off these two albums are awesome: Almost everything else is meh.

You should give 'em a try. I love them. Postal Service (one of Ben Gibbard's other projects) is quite good as well.

I'm still looking for Feist...

i don't like her.. but:

Today, I have had "Astral" by Calla on repeat. I love this song and it's just fitting for the day. I highly recommend the album, Televise, which it's from.
Televise
I uploaded Collisions awhile back and that is available still somewhere in this thread.

Anyone want to hook me up with Radiohead?

OK Computer - 1997
Amnesiac - 2001

Recommended order of progression : The Bends>OK Computer>Hail To The Thief>Kid A>Amnesiac>Unreleased.

^The albums in order of increasing obscurity, decreasing initial likeability, whatever.

I really hope you enjoy them, take it slow :P

I also have the EP's if you want them too.

Post Scriptum : No Pablo Honey in the list, it's not an album to be proud of :D

Because I don't think the albums are enough, and someone needs to defend Pablo Honey. Maybe it's not as experimentally interesting, but it's still a great record. I uploaded 13 different cds, but put them into folders by the era they are closest to.

Amensiac era.zip (100.21 MB)
B-sides, Live, Rarities.zip (62.14 MB)
Bends_Era.zip (73.66 MB)
Com Lag_ 2+2=5 [EP].zip (49.13 MB)
OK Computer era.zip (37.82 MB)
Pablo Honey era.zip (109.31 MB)

NOTES: Amnesiac contains two "Knives Out" singles, "Pyramid Song", and I Might Be Wrong- Live Recordings. The second folder is a collection of stuff a friend made for me. Bends has a Live EP, My Iron Lung EP, and two bonus tracks off the Japanese edition of The Bends. Com Lag is just that, nothing added. Ok Computer contains Airbag/How Am I Driving EP and No Surprises/Running From Demons EP. Pablo Honey has the album and Itch EP. Any repeating tracks that are on different releases, either albums already posted, or ones I have just posted, have been deleted. In the case of something like "Pearly*", I included both versions, although I prefer the Running From Demons. (The difference is very minor though.)

I highly recommend songs like Pearly*, Polyethylene [Parts 1 & 2], Fog (both studio and live are excellent), Kinetic, True Love Waits, Cuttooth, Nobody Does It Better (Carly Simon cover), Rabbit In Your Headlights, The Trickster, Permanent Daylight--actually, they're all really good, just those are the best.
