I am not too familiar with the venue in Pitt (Byham) but it looks good to me. Borgata would have been closer for me but I had a conflict with that date.
I wonder if there will be more interest once the album is released? It doesn't seem as though the Pitt show has sold out yet and most of Interpol's shows seem to. :D

Going to an Interpol show is not really a sit down kind of event to me. I do like having reserved seats so I don't have to worry about where I'll be. Especially with traveling, I don't want to have to go too early.
They've got some interesting info and seating chart on the site.

No, sorry I'm not sure. I wish I knew for certain. I already have my seats so I figure I'll just try it and see what happens  . I have not been inside the Byham Theater before, but it does not look that big from the pics and the pit seats seem like they should be right up there near the stage.
It has been a few years since I've traveled to Pittsburgh but I look forward to going back to the cultural district/area.

Yea I know what you mean the tickets up close in the orchestra section were like $150-300, quite expensive.....the cheapest are the gallery tickets which sell for 30 bucks or something around those prices...im not sure if I should buy those, as long as I get to hear them live I suppose..

It looks like it is about $82 for 2 seats in the gallery (with fees). I wonder how fast those last gallery seats will go? I bet it will sell out by the time the album comes out.

I am looking for someone who can use 1 ticket for Pittsburgh. I am having a difficult time finding someone who is able to go to this show. I did not realize going to a mid-week show would be so difficult for people I know.
My sister is available to go along (has a flexible schedule), but she is so bored at Interpol shows (blasphemy!). I took her to a Baltimore show in 2005. I loved it, she did not and I do not want to "torture" her plus it seems like a waste of a good ticket.
Please send me a PM if you are interested and want more details. Thanks!
