Pie In The Sky - The Brigid Berlin story.
She's one interesting mofo. Quite the innovator of her time.

On topic:

EDIT: Oops, wrong quote.

lost highway. I think I'll never truly understand it. I like it in a way, I hate when all the clues are given, but here I'm really puzzled. well, it's not that bad...

I posted late into the night last night, but it got deleted, but hey, I must tell EVERYONE I saw The Woodsman with Kevin Bacon and it was amazing so I'm posting it again. Highly recommended.

I didn't used to but I really like Kevin Bacon now.

Glad to hear it. I wanted to go and see it, but I hesitated too much (I thought it would be too much...disturbing) and when i finally wanted to see it, it wasn't on the screens anymore. and I forgot it.
so thank you for reminding me of it

A Scanner Darkly, they cut my favorite part from the book but it was still highly entertaining. And pretty.

Moonlight Mile

It was ok. But i guess there was a reason for the fact that it was on terrestrial tv in the early hours of this morning.

Why the mellow emoticon?

Saw Night At The Museum. I enjoyed it, entertaining.

Also watched Fun With Dick And Jane, I actually liked it, especially because I had absolutely no expectations.

Because I have yet to decide if I actually enjoyed it or not.

kramer vs kramer

absolutely heartbreaking, rivals The Way We Were for most depressing movie ever. but really good.

Try Midnight Cowboy (also a Dustin Hoffman movie, now that I mention it). It's a great film, and very depressing. Oh, and then there's The Deer Hunter. Watch them back to back and try to scrape yourself off the floor afterward. But I digress...

I think the last movie I watched was Hannah and Her Sisters. I'd seen it before and I have to admit that I was only 1/2 watching this time... does that still count? The movie opens with all this swooning over Barbara Hershey--BARBARA HERSHEY, for crying out loud. But it definitely has its moments. I like Dianne Wiest, and she's fun in it. My mate and I were noticing that it's not unlike another Woody Allen film, Interiors, with regard to several basic plot points. That's a much heavier movie, though.

It's VERY interesting. One of the many masochistic exhibitionists Warhol befriended.
