For me its Coldplay and Editors. They are both awsome in their own way. Just saw the Editors in San Diego and in Los Angeles and they were truly amazing.

i dont know if anyone here ended up checked out stuff from Sunset Rubdown, hopefully some did. november something specials gonna happen for alot of music fans, im extremely excited about it.
Spencer Krug (Sunset Rubdown, Wolf Parade) Carey Mercer (Frog Eyes) and Daniel Bejar (New Pornographers, Destroyer) are putting out an album together titled: Beast Moans. the name of this supergroup is Swan Lake (jury is still out on the name for me).
just something to watch for i guess.

When I hear The Editors it sounds to me just like Interpol, but Interpol if they released an album I didn't like all that much. Some songs catchy but no where near Interpols status.

Hey man, last night me and a bunch of buddies were arguing - over a nice milkshake - about what we thought was the best She Wants Revenge song. We were so noisy that the girl waiting on the table told us to shush. Lord, I felt guilty at that!
Anyway, what do you think is the best SWR song to date?

Thats a pretty hard question, its like asking the best 'Pol tune..
Lets see, I'd say.."Sister". Second would be "I don't want to fall in love."
My list is pretty awesome eh? Any bands similar to the ones I noted? I'd love to hear them.

But it's just not the same. I got so exicted when I heard the editors, 'coz for a few second I thought it was them... But no, wrong voice. Grrr....
