Board Back Up... Look And Feel Down And Out!

We needed to update the software for the message board. Because of that we lost the majority of our look and feel for the board. I won't be able to get to changing it until next weekend. I figured that you'd rather have an ugly blue header and be back up a week earlier than have the board down for a week until we can make it look a litle more pleasing.
So please do us all a favor and refrain from saying how UGLY the board looks now, we all now it's not the best so don't waste your time and our server space on that.
