You wanna talk premature babies? My sister's baby came way early--she was less than 3 pounds at birth, but at 2 months she's doing great!
I'm sure Shred Jr. will be examining your rare Chameleons goodies in no time.

I'm telling you, with the kind of father that Shred Jr. has he'll have impeccable musical taste...
(for the love of god keep him away from 98 degrees)

Ryan actually was not a preemie, but we were surprised by his low weight. Gayle is little to begin with and she only gained about 29 lbs in total. Technically she was due next week, so he would've easily been a bit over 6 by then. She ate well too and supplemented! He's just a lil fidget! LOL
Chameleons records off limits for now through at least 10 yrs. He can listen, but can't touch!

When we registered for his shower gifts, Gayle was noting all practical stuff like car seats, strollers, bottles, etc... I made sure he had a crib CD player!

Heh... maybe in a year or two you should give him the 98 degrees records. Not to listen to, mind you.
The doctors did not seem concerned at all! Some girls are bigger than others! In other countries, it's very common for children to be born in the 5-6 range. Americans eat too much! It seems every kid in the maternity ward was 8 or bigger! It's the supersize generation. All of those moms were houses!

I feel sorry for my Mum, I was 10lbs 4. The average baby does seem to be getting way bigger though at birth.
It's probably better nutrition etc.
Congratulations Shred!

Doesn't Alice have a few of his own?
I recently saw a commercial with Alice in it and he was in K-Mart or some other mega chain store and the child was being walked through the store by Alice in full "Alice" regalia, and the kid said, "I thought you said school's out forever." And replied, "no I said for summer" as he continued filling the cart with school supplies. Not that this means he has kids, but he's such the kindler gentler Alice these days.
