Since we were getting off-topic after finding out Paul, not Carlos, will be DJ'ing in Atlanta, I thought DJ Paul B (ha ha!) deserved his own thread! :P

Other than the Humpty Dance, what else do you think he might spin? :)

Hmm... hopefully some Ikara Colt. He mentioned he liked them once, and they're a badass band.

I don't think so. That was before his time and he doesn't know their stuff like Carlos does (nor is he too keen on it).

I didn't mean to be sarcastic. I remember reading something like that in a magazine somewhere... I think it was Sam who made some sort of comment about Paul and his knowledge of Joy Division songs.

No, I meant that I was being sarcastic in suggesting that Paul might include Joy Division songs in his DJ set. I am well aware that Paul has no background in their music, and therefore it is laughable to suggest that he might play a Joy Division song when he has openly expressed his distaste at the relentless comparisons to Interpol's music.

Senerio leading up to the premier of Paul's Deejaying Skills

Paul: Carlos, you play such crap songs.
Carlos: Really! Then you do better.
Paul: Fine.
Carlos: Well fine! (he exits with head held high)

When sure that Carlos is gone, Paul frantically rifles through Carlos' stuff until he find Carlos' playlist for the evening. Taking a pen, he writes R. Kelly at the top of a set list that includes The Cure, Duran Duran and a bunch of '80's bands he's never heard of. Then he crosses of Carlos' name and writes Paul. He smiles, now he has his setlist.

I was just thinking....would Paul spin CD vinyl? If CD is his format, I'm sure Carlos will be exiting with head held high! :lol:

yo uguys forgot GOLDEN EARING 's twilight zone..

actually we can speculate on this from what we heard Paul likes or doesn't like.

One thing is for certain. he won't be playing that aweful band from NY called INTERPOL.. Thank GOD. cause they really suck... :P :lol: :lol: :lol:

I only hope he plays stuff the crowd can get into.. Should be fun..
